BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Directors on the Jordan Commons board are elected for varying terms at the Annual Owners meeting in December. The 2012 Board currently consists of 5 Owners. Mari Louise Donavan and Carol Perci joined members of the 2011board who have continued to serve during 2012. Any unit owner interested in running for a Board position or joining a committee is requested to contact a current member of the Board or Chris Meyers at NPG to express this interest.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OF CONDO FEES

It is now possible to have your monthly condo fees paid electronically from your checking account. Northeast Property Group can transfer fees from your checking account if you have provided the required authorization. You can obtain the forms by clicking here.

JORDAN COMMONS BYLAW AMENDMENTS

The bylaws governing Jordan Commons have had several amendments over the years. The most recent amendments address owner responsibilities with regards to unit maintainence, annual meeting dates, and election of Jordan Commons Directors. HOME ENERGY SOLUTIONS

JORDAN COMMONS COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

The Board of Directors is asking for volunteers to work on several committees here at Jordan Commons.  The first committee is being established to assist in developing the annual operating and maintenance budget for the complex.  The second committee is to assist in establishing and implementing Landscaping projects.  Anyone with experience in these areas, or just interested in helping out, are encouraged to contact any board member.  

RANCH SETTLING ISSUES

LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

A capital needs assessment was performed for Jordan Commons in 2010.  The report discusses the expected cost of repair and maintenance requirements over the next 30 years.  A copy of the report can be obtained from a member of the Jordan Commons Board of Directors, or access directly by clicking here (Acrobat reader is required to read the report).

SNOW PLOWING/REMOVAL CONTRACT

A new contract has been signed with
Hayes Contracting for snow plowing at Jordan Commons during the 2011/12 and 2012/13 winter seasons. The contract can be reviewed by clicking here

JORDAN COMMONS ON-LINE BULLETIN BOARD

An on-line bulletin board has been added to the Jordan Commons website. Owners who wish to post ads of various types can be added by contacting Vern Jones (jonesvw@ct.metrocast.net). Ads will be removed from the bulletin board after 90 days or when it no longer applies.
