BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors consists of Unit Owners who have been elected by a majority of unit owners at the January Annual Meeting. In the event that a vacancy remains following the election, or one that occurs during the year, a replacement member can be appointed by a majority vote of the remaining board members. Board members are responsible for creating the annual budget and establishing the monthly fee structure. They also direct the property management company as needed to ensure that contracts for the various operations are implemented in a cost effective manner. Additionally, board members evaluate various contract proposals and select the ones that give Jordan Commons the best and most cost effective service as possible.
